Our Employee of the Year winner for 2021 is Charles Moran. Charles currently manages JXE Operations. In this new role, he created new procedures to ensure a smooth transition. He updated our TMS system to provide Google with more visibility to their shipments. Charles was key in identifying functionality gaps within the new TMS. He provided a detailed list of issues with the Leads system and was instrumental in our efforts to have our system upgraded. Congrats on this outstanding achievement, Charles!
