Momentum Transportation Acquires
J & C Logistics, Inc.
Jacksonville, Florida – Momentum Transportation – USA, Inc., an independent Landstar Agency, announced today that it has acquired J & C Logistics, Inc., a Landstar agency specializing in van/flatbed/heavy haul transportation of cabinets and trade show freight, as well as other industry items.
J & C is located in Carrollton, Texas and has been in business since April 2001. The freight agency is a small, family-owned business that is expected to integrate well with Momentum Transportation’s culture.
